The Black Knight did not say a word, as he was quick to fallow. He keep to the back, to cover them should anything happen. He quickly fallowed them, for he knew that even thew it was wise to stop, he knew that the man would be safer in Ashlee home, for the magic keep it well guarded & safe.

With a low, fierce growl that spoke volumes--volumes that said he would have strong words with Ashlee--and perhaps Kiara too--when they were alone--Larkov bounded after the girls and the knight, his short sword coming out its sheath as it would be much easier to run with as quickly as he needed to. He caught up to the knight quickly and smelled that foul odor again. Glancing over his shoulder, he saw half a dozen of the creatures they had fought earlier and snarled, his lips peening back from white teeth as wolf instincts bubbled in his mind, just below the surface. He knew the knight would want to stay and fight, but he would be needed to protect the girls if more appeared ahead.
"Go," he roared to the knight with a slap on his horse's rump to spur it faster, "I'll handle this." Again, he sounded a man expecting to be obeyed. He stopped then, whirling about, with his claymore coming into his right hand as the shortsword switched to his left. He could remember having fought like this before, with two weapons. But never when the one was so large. He only prayed he had the skill to get the job done. The creatures were closing fast, only twenty paces away, when a multitude of wolves of all shapes and sizes, Young Bull among them, began pouring from the trees--flying through the air to try and rip out throats and tear flesh a limb to hinder the things. With a grim simle, Larkov threw his head back and roared, "For Mala'had!" and flung himself into the mix, blades whirling and parrying and blocking expertly, never once coming close to harming a wolf.

The Black Knight was riding, when he heard a low growl. He turned to look over his shoulder to see, more of the beast as before that, they had fought in the forest. He pulled back on his horse rains, as he reached for his sword. But at his words to go & with the slap to his horse, he quickly moved to guard the Lady's. He would be back as soon, once the Lady's where safe.
