Types of Characters allowed

Regarding the types of characters playable, are races of were allowed? (e.g. werewolves, were-dragons, etc.)
and are there a type of anthropomorphs playable? (also known as anthros and the more known and looked down upon name of furries)

Also, what are the policies on magical characters? (natural or learned magics of any sort?)

Pretty much anything goes. If you create a new race, just describe it so we can understand your character.
